For over 30 years, the Children First Foundation has provided educational resources to help divorced and separated parents create stability for their children. This newly updated video series offers a structured, accessible way to support parents in reducing conflict and fostering healthier co-parenting relationships.
The series consists of 17 concise videos, each lasting 2 to 4 minutes, with practical strategies for minimizing conflict during child exchanges and improving communication between separated parents. Follow-up questions reinforce key concepts, ensuring that parents absorb and apply the techniques effectively.
Designed for flexibility, the full four-hour course can be completed in one session or divided into multiple viewings. Parents can stream the content on mobile devices in English or Spanish, making it accessible and convenient.
